- • As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the exceptional quality and unwavering reliability of our sophisticated cross-border payment solutions. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that demands significant technical expertise and a proactive approach to quality assurance. You will be an integral part of our engineering teams, meticulously testing both our intuitive mobile applications (available on iOS and Android platforms) and our robust backend APIs. Your testing strategy will encompass a strategic blend of comprehensive manual testing and advanced automated testing techniques.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to enhancing our automated testing coverage, rigorously validating the functionality and performance of new features, and instilling confidence in every release across our complex financial ecosystem. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our platform consistently meets these high standards.
- • Key contributions will include the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of automated tests for our backend APIs, mobile applications, and critical third-party integrations. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining modular, scalable, and highly maintainable test components within our established technology stack, which includes Java, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Appium, and Guice. This involves adhering to best practices in test automation and contributing to the evolution of our testing frameworks.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our talented development teams and product managers. You will partner to ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly defined, testable, and comprehensive, fostering a shared understanding of quality expectations. This collaborative approach is crucial for identifying potential issues early in the development lifecycle.

This includes working with mock services, external partner APIs, and complex distributed systems to meticulously verify system behavior, data integrity, and the seamless flow of information across various components.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in QA automation, with a strong preference for Java-based frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Rest Assured).
- • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with testing REST APIs, backend services, and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and test reporting tools (e.g., Allure).
- • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Guice, Spring), and common test design patterns.
- • Experience with mobile automation tools like Appium is a significant advantage.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and approach testing with an engineering mindset.
- • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
