The company is on a mission to become the world’s leading inventory management software brand, and this Senior QA Engineer role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and user experience of its platform as it scales globally.
• As a Senior QA Engineer, you will serve as a quality advocate and functional lead within an Agile/Scrum team, responsible for shaping and executing the quality strategy for complex systems. You will go beyond test execution to define testing methodologies, design and implement modern test automation frameworks—including AI-assisted tooling—refine internal quality policies, and mentor junior team members to elevate overall software delivery standards.
• You will work embedded in a cross-functional team alongside product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Your hands-on technical involvement will include test planning, execution, defect tracking, and continuous improvement of testing processes to ensure high-quality releases and superior user experiences.
• The role emphasizes ownership of quality risk, proactive issue identification, and driving a culture of excellence. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align testing efforts with business goals, advocate for quality at every stage, and enable the team to deliver robust, scalable software that meets the demands of global product sellers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual and automated testing of complex web-based SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams throughout the full SDLC.
• Solid understanding of API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools or a strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior QA team members and collaborate effectively with developers and product stakeholders.
