Senior QA Engineer, Field Delivery

📋 Description

• • As a Senior QA Engineer in Field Delivery at Autodesk, you will design and implement test automation systems that enable safe, rapid releases for construction-focused web and mobile platforms where reliability is critical due to limited connectivity and unpredictable job site conditions.
• • You will design end-to-end test automation for React web and React Native iOS/Android apps, build backend test suites with realistic data using Python/Django, evolve unit/component test strategies, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines including mobile simulators/emulators, enforce code coverage standards, and drive load/performance testing for field-realistic conditions.
• • You will join Autodesk’s Field Delivery team, which builds software used by construction workers on active job sites, working closely with software engineers, product managers, and field operations stakeholders to push quality upstream and enable constant, risk-free releases.
• • You will have the autonomy to evaluate and choose tools/frameworks, take ownership of test code quality, mentor peers through code reviews and best practices, and build a culture of testing excellence that directly impacts product reliability and release velocity.
