As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our software, directly contributing to our ability to facilitate seamless cross-border payments for thousands of businesses worldwide. • • In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential quality assurance activities. You will be tasked with the creation of comprehensive test plans that meticulously outline testing strategies and objectives, alongside the development of detailed test cases designed to cover all functional and non-functional aspects of our web and mobile applications. A significant portion of your work will involve the hands-on execution of manual testing, including functional testing to verify that features meet specifications, exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues, usability testing to ensure an intuitive user interface, and regression testing to confirm that new changes have not adversely affected existing functionality. You will be the primary point of contact for identifying, documenting, and meticulously tracking software defects through to their resolution, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective fixes. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the entire software development lifecycle to ensure that requirements are testable and that quality is built in from the outset. A key aspect of your role will involve validating APIs and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different components of our platform. You will also provide crucial support during release processes, performing final quality checks to guarantee that only stable and high-quality software is deployed to our users. Your contributions will extend to actively participating in the continuous improvement of our QA processes and tools, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all test documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, accessible, and serves as a valuable resource for the team.
