- • As a Senior QA Engineer at InPost, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our mobile user experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of our native iOS and Android applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, usability, and security. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and mitigating defects before they reach our customers, thereby safeguarding our brand reputation and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to understand requirements, design comprehensive test strategies, and execute rigorous testing protocols.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including but not limited to: developing and executing detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases; performing manual testing across various devices and operating system versions to uncover bugs and usability issues; designing and implementing automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage; conducting regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality; performing performance and load testing to guarantee a seamless user experience under high traffic conditions; collaborating with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly; participating in agile ceremonies, providing valuable QA insights and feedback throughout the development lifecycle; staying abreast of the latest mobile testing trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance our QA processes; contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA infrastructure and best practices; and mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer with a strong focus on mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
- • Expertise in manual testing techniques, test case design, and execution, including functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
- • Experience with mobile test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso).
- • Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
