We are now seeking a talented Senior Quality Enablement Engineer to join us on this impactful journey.
• • In this pivotal role, your primary mission is to build automated confidence at scale. You will be instrumental in transforming quality assurance from a reactive, manual gatekeeping process into a swift, highly trustworthy feedback system that is deeply integrated and owned by our engineering squads. By proactively designing and coding sophisticated shift-left quality mechanisms, you will empower our teams to make safe, evidence-based decisions early in the development lifecycle. This proactive approach ensures that every code change can be deployed with unwavering confidence, at maximum speed, and crucially, without introducing any regressions in our critical integrations.
• • Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, ensuring no two days are exactly alike. You will be responsible for designing and building robust, fast feedback loops. This includes developing comprehensive test suites, optimizing CI/CD pipelines for speed and reliability, and implementing advanced observability tools that provide engineers with actionable signals within minutes, rather than hours. A key aspect of your role will be to introduce and continuously evolve standardized "Golden Path" test templates. These templates, covering contract, component, and integration testing, will be designed for easy adoption by engineering squads, promoting consistency and efficiency across the board.
• • Furthermore, you will establish and refine risk-based testing strategies. This involves meticulously identifying critical functionalities that must never fail and strategically focusing our quality assurance efforts where they will have the most significant impact. Your expertise will be crucial in enabling our engineering squads through comprehensive coaching, clear documentation, and hands-on pairing sessions. The goal is to foster a culture where quality is built directly into their development workflows, rather than being an afterthought.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Support, and external testing partners, to ensure seamless feedback loops are closed and that release confidence is continuously enhanced. Your contributions will directly influence the speed and reliability of our product delivery, ensuring our AI companion consistently meets the high standards our users expect.
