📋 Description

• As a Senior React Native Developer at P2P.org LIMITED, you will play a pivotal role in building a new mobile wallet for Hyperliquid, a cutting-edge decentralized finance platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering secure, high-yield staking and yield products to institutional clients managing over $10B in TVL.
• You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle of a mobile-first trading application, from architectural decisions and feature design to production deployment and post-launch optimization, ensuring seamless integration with blockchain data, backend services, and Web3 wallet functionalities while maintaining exceptional performance and reliability across iOS and Android.
• You will join a globally distributed, passionate team of blockchain and fintech experts at P2P.org, a leader in institutional staking with over 20% market share in restaking, known for its innovative infrastructure, client-centric ethos, and commitment to advancing decentralized finance through technology.
• You will deepen your expertise in React Native, mobile architecture, and Web3 integrations while gaining hands-on experience launching new financial products in a high-growth crypto environment, positioning yourself at the forefront of mobile blockchain innovation with opportunities to influence architecture, mentor peers, and shape the future of decentralized wallet experiences.
• Build and maintain a mobile-first trading application using React Native, ensuring responsive, intuitive interfaces that support complex trading and asset management workflows for institutional and retail users.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile architecture using modern state management, modular component patterns, and clean code practices to support long-term product evolution and team scalability.
• Work on wallet integrations including secure connection, transaction signing, asset management, and key handling across multiple blockchain networks, leveraging Web3 libraries and hardware wallet compatibility where applicable.
• Ensure smooth interaction with backend services and real-time blockchain data streams, optimizing data fetching, caching, and synchronization to deliver low-latency, accurate user experiences.
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience across iOS and Android through profiling, memory management, bundle size reduction, and frame rate optimization targeting 60fps+.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers in agile sprints to translate product vision into technical execution, participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Take ownership of features from idea to production and post-release improvements, including bug fixing, user feedback integration, and iterative enhancements based on analytics and monitoring.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing (unit, integration, E2E), code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to internal engineering standards and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in mobile development with strong, hands-on expertise in React Native, including delivery of production-grade applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Demonstrated experience working with crypto wallets and Web3 integrations, such as connecting to dApps, signing transactions, managing private keys, and interacting with blockchain networks via ethers.js, wagmi, or similar libraries.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture), state management (Redux, Zustand, Context), and performance optimization techniques for resource-constrained mobile environments.
• Experience working with RESTful and WebSocket APIs, real-time data streams, and handling asynchronous data flows in mobile applications.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fully distributed, remote team environment, with strong self-direction, accountability, and proactive communication.
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
