📋 Description

• As an Implementation Engineer – AI & Workflow Platforms at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling global clients to successfully adopt and scale AI-driven marketing solutions, directly impacting their operational efficiency and competitive advantage through seamless technical deployments.
• You will own the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle for the company’s AI marketing platform, ensuring that complex workflows are designed, integrated, tested, and launched with precision—transforming client requirements into scalable, production-ready systems that modernize marketing operations.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing full lifecycle technical implementations from scoping and configuration through workflow development, testing, and go-live, ensuring each phase meets technical and business objectives.
• You will develop custom automations and integrations using Python and SQL to connect disparate systems, streamline data flows, and enhance platform functionality tailored to specific client needs.
• You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by recreating client environments, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective solutions that minimize downtime and maintain trust.
• You will translate client requirements into scalable workflow architectures and technical configurations, balancing performance, maintainability, and alignment with AI best practices in marketing and SEO contexts.
• You will maintain clear, comprehensive implementation documentation and contribute to internal playbooks, helping to standardize processes and elevate team knowledge across future deployments.
• You will advise clients on best practices for leveraging AI within marketing and SEO workflows, acting as a trusted technical advisor who bridges platform capabilities with strategic business outcomes.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success to ensure alignment between client feedback, platform capabilities, and implementation standards.
• You will operate in a fully remote environment aligned with US time zones (EST–PST), requiring strong self-direction, proactive communication, and mastery of digital collaboration tools to thrive in a distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for building automations, integrations, and data workflows
• Experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical roles delivering technical projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or marketing operations platforms
• Prior remote work experience is required; fluency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools, with preference for candidates who have worked with US or UK-based companies
