  • • Lead client success initiatives for a portfolio of U.S. bank and credit union clients, ensuring maximum value derived from Alkami’s digital banking platform.
  • • Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive decision-makers and influencers at client institutions, converting them into Alkami champions.
  • • Understand clients’ business objectives, digital transformation goals, and industry trends to provide tailored strategic consultation and guidance.
  • • Develop and execute clear, measurable client success plans that align with client goals and track progress toward desired outcomes.
  • • Serve as the primary expert on Alkami’s platform, advising clients on optimal use of features to achieve digital banking and customer engagement objectives.
  • • Monitor client health metrics and product engagement data to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to celebrate successes, uncover expansion opportunities, and reinforce long-term partnership value.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to advocate for client needs and drive solutions.
  • • Escalate critical client issues and mobilize internal resources to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • • Use data-driven insights to influence client decisions and guide internal team priorities toward improved client outcomes.
  • • Design and lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall client experience and foster loyalty and retention.
  • • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in Salesforce and/or Gainsight to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
  • • Prepare and deliver presentations using Google Slides to communicate roadmap updates, success metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • • Travel up to 25% as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support internal team initiatives.
  • • Contribute to building a high-performing Client Success culture by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and participating in team development projects.
  • • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the growth and effectiveness of the Client Success team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of relevant experience in Client Success with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth
  • • Experience working with financial institutions, particularly in digital banking or financial services
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with strong organizational skills
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • • Experience using Salesforce and/or Gainsight
  • • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
