• • As the first talent team member at Sailor Health, you will build the corporate recruiting function from the ground up alongside the founders, playing a critical role in scaling the organization to serve older adults with compassionate, high-quality mental health care.
• • Day to day, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offer processes and onboarding—while developing scalable systems, crafting job descriptions, and partnering with hiring managers across functions to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• • Sailor Health is a fast-growing digital health startup headquartered in New York City (Soho), backed by founders from Ramp, Nourish, and Headway, and partnered with Medicare to deliver AI-native mental health, care navigation, and wellness services to seniors nationwide.
• • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of recruiting strategy and execution, develop expertise in startup talent acquisition, and build foundational processes that will shape the company’s culture and growth trajectory as a founding member of the team.
