- • Own full-cycle (360) recruitment for a high-growth client in the podcast and digital media industry, managing end-to-end hiring processes from job scoping to offer extension
- • Manage high-volume hiring pipelines across sales, technology, and marketing functions, ensuring timely and quality hires to meet client demands
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring priorities, and adjust recruitment strategies based on business needs
- • Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms, building pipelines for both active and passive talent pools
- • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, evaluating skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations
- • Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from application to offer acceptance, maintaining a positive candidate experience
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including pipeline tracking, stage updates, and reporting metrics
- • Coordinate interview schedules using scheduling tools, ensuring seamless logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- • Utilize Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace for daily communication, collaboration, and virtual interviews with global stakeholders
- • Work consistently within EST time zone hours to align with client operations and maintain real-time responsiveness
- • Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and data privacy standards while managing candidate information
- • Deliver regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline status, time-to-fill metrics, and candidate feedback
- • Adapt recruitment tactics based on volume fluctuations, market conditions, and client feedback to optimize hiring outcomes
- • Maintain a high standard of candidate communication, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timely responses throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- • Record a video as part of the application process; failure to submit a video will result in automatic disqualification
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring
- • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions such as sales, technology, and marketing
- • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
- • Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple active searches simultaneously
- • Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills
