  • • Source and attract top-tier passive talent for high-growth technology clients using advanced Boolean searches and non-traditional sourcing techniques across platforms like LinkedIn and beyond.
  • • Work exclusively with one client at a time to deeply embed within their organizational culture, understanding both professional needs and social dynamics to align hiring with business goals.
  • • Partner directly with senior stakeholders to educate them on strategic talent practices and demonstrate how effective recruitment drives measurable business outcomes.
  • • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through to final stages, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at every touchpoint.
  • • Provide top-of-funnel recruitment support, including screening, scheduling, and coordination for hiring events alongside senior recruiters.
  • • Execute end-to-end sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and industries, focusing on quality over quantity to build pipelines of high-potential candidates.
  • • Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
  • • Collaborate with global teams to share best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and inclusive hiring methodologies.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving client needs in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and timeline adherence.
  • • Contribute to improving talent processes and employer brand activation initiatives that enhance client attractiveness to top talent.
  • • Support workforce planning efforts by identifying talent gaps and recommending proactive hiring strategies aligned with client growth trajectories.
  • • Represent Talentful as a trusted advisor to clients, reinforcing the value of strategic recruitment as a competitive advantage rather than a transactional function.
  • • Engage with global innovators including Alphabet, Microsoft, Pinterest, Atlassian, Expedia, Instacart, and Miro to deliver recruitment solutions that scale with their business.
  • • Operate within a hybrid work model, balancing in-office collaboration in Singapore with remote flexibility to support global client needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7 years of sourcing experience across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
  • • Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • • Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • • Proven ability to work independently while managing one client at a time with deep cultural immersion
  • • Experience supporting senior recruiters in top-of-funnel activities and hiring events
