- • Senior Recruiter role at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. focused on managing full-cycle recruitment for a high-growth client in the podcast and digital media industry, supporting scalable talent acquisition in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- • This role is critical to driving hiring success across multiple functions, ensuring the client can scale teams efficiently while maintaining high standards in candidate experience and process rigor.
- • Own end-to-end (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through to offer stage for sales, technology, and marketing positions.
- • Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key client within the podcast/media industry, maintaining consistent flow and timely progression of candidates through each stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring priorities, and provide market insights to support informed decision-making.
- • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate logistics with scheduling tools to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and providing regular updates on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and diversity metrics.
- • Support light HR-related duties as needed, including onboarding coordination, documentation preparation, and administrative assistance to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- • Collaborate with global teams while working remotely, requiring strong self-direction, time management, and proficiency with digital collaboration tools to succeed in a distributed work environment.
- • Contribute to building long-term recruitment strategies that align with client growth goals, helping to establish repeatable processes and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring across diverse functions such as sales, technology, and marketing.
- • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments, with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
- • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms), and ideally experience working with US or UK-based companies.
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
- • Ability to work consistently within EST hours (or overlapping hours) and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
