- • Senior Recruiter focused on Design talent acquisition at Ramp, a fast-growing fintech company building smart infrastructure for finance teams, where the role is critical to shaping the product design, design engineering, and brand design teams that drive innovation in financial technology.
- • Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design roles, partnering with design leadership to define hiring needs, assess candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across disciplines while improving recruiting processes through new tools and experimental approaches.
- • Join a high-agency, high-urgency culture at Ramp where everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end, and contribute to a mission that helps over 70,000 companies automate $200B+ in annualized spend, with customers saving 5% and growing revenue 16% in their first year.
- • Develop expertise in niche design talent markets by building relationships through events, referrals, and ongoing engagement with the design community, leveraging AI in recruiting workflows, and strengthening Ramp’s industry presence alongside the Design Program Manager.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, including proven experience hiring for Design roles such as Product Design, Design Engineering, or Brand Design
- • Strong understanding of what differentiates exceptional design talent, including the ability to assess portfolios and evaluate craft across disciplines
- • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of earning trust from candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders through consistent, credible engagement
- • Experience using AI tools throughout the recruiting workflow to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency
