- • Manage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functions within a fast-growing client in the podcast and digital media industry.
- • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish hiring timelines, and align on candidate expectations.
- • Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation preparation, system access provisioning, and new hire orientation support.
- • Support HR processes such as maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance documentation accuracy, and coordinating policy-related inquiries.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related and light HR inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and new hires.
- • Operate within EST time zone hours and ensure consistent availability to support US or UK-based teams and stakeholders.
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, and ATS systems to execute recruitment and HR coordination tasks.
- • Ensure all recruitment and HR documentation adheres to legal and compliance standards in a remote, global context.
- • Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline health while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- • Adapt to evolving hiring needs in a high-growth environment with minimal supervision and high accountability.
- • Complete all application requirements including submission of a video recording, which is mandatory for consideration.
- • Work exclusively in a remote capacity with no expectation of in-person presence or office-based duties.
- • Collaborate with global teams across time zones while maintaining precision in communication and documentation.
- • Support the scaling of HR infrastructure by identifying gaps in onboarding, documentation, or recruitment workflows.
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness in all candidate and employee interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with exposure to HR or people operations
- • Experience supporting both recruitment and HR coordination activities
- • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working within EST hours
