- • As a Senior Recruiter, Product & Engineering at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and securing top-tier talent within our critical product and engineering departments. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of a company dedicated to distributing intelligence globally through a proactive AI smart assistant. You will be instrumental in building the teams that develop and maintain our sophisticated AI system, which focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion, handling multi-step reasoning and interacting with external tools despite non-deterministic model behavior.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for a wide array of software engineering functions. This includes backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering roles. You will proactively partner with our founding teams, leadership, and engineering leaders to meticulously identify and attract high-caliber talent from across the globe. Your day-to-day activities will involve deep dives into sourcing strategies, engaging with potential candidates, and building robust talent pipelines. You will conduct thorough candidate assessments, looking beyond traditional metrics like resumes and brand names to truly understand technical depth and execution signals. This involves evaluating career progression, technical acumen, and problem-solving capabilities to ensure we are bringing in individuals who not only possess the required skills but also align with our company's culture of high ownership and practical execution.
- • A significant part of your role will be to collaborate closely with hiring managers and founders. You will manage the entire interview coordination process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate. This includes scheduling, communication, and managing candidate expectations throughout their journey with us. Furthermore, you will be tasked with closing successful candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of our engineering teams and the speed at which we can innovate and deliver our AI solutions to the world.
