📋 Description

• Senior Recruiter (PSP / High Risk) role at Onhires Inc. to build the internal recruiting function from the ground up for an AI-first fintech company expanding globally.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment for 5–10 open positions across Tech Support, Sales, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Legal, and other functions; developing sourcing strategies; conducting in-depth interviews; building talent pools; and collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR.
• The team is part of a fast-growing product company focused on international markets, seeking its first internal recruiter to establish and optimize recruitment processes using modern AI tools.
• In this role, the person can learn to design end-to-end recruiting ecosystems, gain experience in high-volume, cross-functional hiring in a dynamic fintech/AI environment, and drive impact by shaping talent acquisition strategy from scratch.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with both technical and non-technical/ business roles
• Expert-level sourcing and headhunting skills, including ability to engage passive, high-level candidates
• Data-driven decision-making approach, strong stakeholder management, and critical thinking
