📋 Description

• As a Senior Recruiter & Team Lead at Fiddler Labs, you will drive full-cycle recruiting across GTM and EPD functions, partnering with leaders to deliver high-quality hires that raise the talent bar and support the company’s mission of building trustworthy AI.
• Day to day, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, proactively source exceptional talent, manage 8–12 open roles simultaneously, refine recruiting processes, lead targeted outreach campaigns, and enhance employer brand through consistent, bias-free candidate experiences.
• You’ll join a mission-driven, early-stage AI observability startup founded by leaders from Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Microsoft, backed by top-tier investors and recognized as a pioneer in responsible AI with accolades from WEF, Forbes, and Gartner.
• In this role, you’ll grow into talent leadership by mentoring peers, influencing hiring strategy, refining team rhythms, and helping scale a best-in-class talent acquisition function at a high-growth AI company.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Experience recruiting across GTM and EPD with ability to context-switch and calibrate across different talent profiles
• Proven track record of engaging and closing hard-to-reach candidates in competitive markets
• Has built or meaningfully improved recruiting processes, workflows, or interview structures from the ground up
• Ready to take a genuine first step into talent leadership, contributing to team rhythm and mentorship
• Hybrid availability: ability to work from Palo Alto office minimum 2x a week (M/Th)
