- • As a Senior Recruiter for Technical & Business roles at Juniper Square, you will serve as a key growth engine by building and scaling high-performing teams across engineering, product, IT, finance, operations, go-to-market, and people functions, directly supporting the company’s mission to transform private markets through technology and data.
- • You will design and execute AI-assisted sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, own candidate experience end-to-end, and continuously optimize recruiting processes using data and tools like Ashby to drive efficiency and quality.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in both technical and business talent markets, sharpen your data-driven recruiting acumen, influence hiring strategy at scale, and grow as a strategic talent partner in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success supporting engineering and product teams
- • Fluency with AI-enabled sourcing tools and workflows, using AI as a core part of sourcing, screening, and optimization
- • Strong business acumen with ability to quickly build credibility across new functional areas such as finance, operations, and go-to-market
- • Experience scaling teams in a high-growth tech company environment
- • Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) or similar modern recruiting platforms
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
