• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You will serve as the primary point of contact for recruiter support, expertly resolving system and process-related queries with efficiency and clarity. A key aspect of your role will involve managing and coordinating our relationships with various recruiting system vendors, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our TA technology stack. You will actively support and coordinate recruitment-related projects and crucial cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across different departments to achieve shared objectives. A significant part of your contribution will be driving continuous improvement across our recruiting processes and tools, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall candidate and recruiter experience. You will be responsible for owning basic data reporting and generating insightful analytics to support Talent Acquisition's strategic decision-making, providing the data needed to refine our hiring strategies. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in training recruiters and other stakeholders on our recruiting systems and tools, ensuring they are equipped to leverage these resources effectively. Maintaining clear, up-to-date, and comprehensive documentation will be essential for enabling scalable and repeatable recruiting operations, creating a knowledge base for the team. • • The Recruitment Operations (RecOps) team at Tide is a dynamic and integral part of the Talent Acquisition function. We partner closely with TA leaders to ensure that hiring is executed with precision, efficiency, and a strong emphasis on data. Our team owns and manages the entire TA systems ecosystem, meticulously designing and continuously improving end-to-end recruitment processes. We empower our recruiters by providing them with robust tooling, clear workflows, and meaningful insights, enabling them to perform at their best. The RecOps team works hand-in-hand with TA leadership to build effective hiring processes, develop comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities, drive recruiter learning and onboarding programs, and execute key recruitment initiatives. We foster extensive collaboration with cross-functional partners, including People Operations, People Partnering, Employer Branding, Finance, and Tech teams, serving as the central operational interface for Talent Acquisition across these critical forums.
