• • Reporting directly to a member of our Insight Management Team, you will be deeply involved in projects, ensuring exceptional client delivery, effective project management, and providing tangible value to both the agency and our clients.
• • *Healthcare Research & Insight Leadership**
• • You will serve as a key advisor to our internal teams and clients, guiding them on their primary and secondary research needs within both the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical sectors.
• • Your expertise will be crucial in supporting proposals and pitches, contributing through meticulous desk research, insightful data analysis, and the strategic crafting of compelling narratives.
• • You will champion the indispensable role of market and customer insight in the strategic development process, ensuring that data-driven understanding forms the bedrock of our clients' strategies.
• • A broad knowledge of various therapeutic areas, diverse audiences, industry processes, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector is essential for success in this aspect of the role.

• • *Congress & Meeting Measurement**
• • You will take the lead in the setup, comprehensive project management, and diligent supplier oversight of congress measurement programmes, ensuring their successful execution.
• • The ability to deliver relevant, actionable insights and strategic client recommendations based on congress data will be paramount.
• • You will manage freelance resources effectively and, where necessary, attend events in person to capture on-site behavioural insights, adding a crucial qualitative layer to the data.
• • *Qualitative & Quantitative Research Expertise**
• • You will be responsible for the design, moderation, and delivery of both qualitative and quantitative research studies, with a particular emphasis on qualitative expertise.
• • Developing meticulously crafted questionnaires, insightful discussion guides, and effective screeners will be a core part of your research design process.
• • You will expertly analyse complex data sets to produce clear, actionable insights that directly address critical business questions posed by our clients.
• • Producing compelling, insight-led reports and presentations that offer strategic direction and clear recommendations will be a key deliverable.
• • Effectively communicating your findings and strategic recommendations to both clients and internal teams, ensuring understanding and buy-in, is essential.
• • *Project & Client Management**
