- • Senior Research Partner role focused on helping customers unlock the full value of Maze by embedding user research into product development processes
- • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements, lead discovery calls, workshops, and executive presentations, and consult on UX Research best practices
- • Join Maze’s Go-to-Market team as a strategic advisor and research expert working with world-class customers like Uber, Amazon, and Atlassian
- • Opportunity to influence stakeholders, mature customer research practices, and translate research expertise into business impact while shaping the future of an early-stage startup disrupting the user research market
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a related field
- • Experience working directly with cross-functional product teams in fast-paced environments
- • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- • Highly collaborative and organized with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
- • Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with hands-on execution
- • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and company events
