• • Innovecs LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing complex revenue accounting, billing, accruals, and reconciliation processes across multiple operators and legal entities within our global organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of revenue recognition principles, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to navigate and analyze large datasets. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, particularly concerning revenue streams, and will be a key contributor to our month-end close activities.
• • As a Senior Revenue Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include the meticulous preparation and review of revenue accruals, ensuring that all recognized revenue aligns with accounting standards and contractual obligations. You will be tasked with performing detailed reconciliations of revenue accounts, investigating any discrepancies or variances, and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial accuracy. This involves working closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and legal, to gather necessary information and ensure a comprehensive understanding of revenue-impacting transactions.
• • You will be responsible for supporting the billing process, ensuring that invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner, reflecting the correct revenue recognition treatment. This includes understanding and applying different billing models and contract terms. Furthermore, you will assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures related to revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards such as ASC 606 or IFRS 15. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the revenue accounting function.
