📋 Description

• • The Senior Revenue Integrity Specialist leads charge description master (CDM) maintenance and ensures alignment with coding and billing regulations across Keck Medical Center of USC entities.
• • Performs daily CDM maintenance, synchronizes data between billing systems and CDM tools, leads compliance meetings, and provides expert guidance on charge capture and coding updates.
• • Works within USC’s Revenue Cycle team, collaborating with Administration, IS, Compliance, Clinical Informatics, and Integration personnel to support technology projects and improve charge capture processes.
• • Develops expertise in healthcare reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and CDM management while mentoring revenue auditors and contributing to organizational goals through process improvement and education initiatives.
