  • • As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing high-impact initiatives across critical areas of our GTM operations. Your responsibilities will span the entire revenue lifecycle, from lead generation to customer retention, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of all GTM functions. You will be a key partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, providing them with the tools, insights, and processes needed to achieve and exceed their targets.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves owning and optimizing our Salesforce instance. This includes managing custom objects, developing and implementing automations, and ensuring the platform effectively supports our evolving business needs. Beyond Salesforce, you will be responsible for the broader GTM tech stack, including evaluating, selecting, purchasing, and implementing new tools to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth. This hands-on approach to technology management is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge.
  • • We are looking for someone to reimagine RevOps for the AI era. This means not only leveraging AI tools and automation within our existing operations but also strategically integrating AI into our RevOps framework to create more intelligent, predictive, and scalable processes. You will translate this vision into tangible systems, processes, and strategies that benefit both the RevOps team and our GTM counterparts.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with GTM leaders and individual contributors across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, Finance, Legal, and our C-suite. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand diverse stakeholder needs, and drive alignment will be critical to the success of your initiatives. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and champion solutions that enhance overall GTM performance.

  • • Key responsibilities will include:
  • • Owning and driving key revenue operations initiatives, encompassing systems, reporting, forecasting, process optimization, territory management, and compensation plans.
  • • Maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce CRM, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations, to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • • Managing and enhancing our comprehensive GTM technology stack, from evaluation and procurement to implementation and ongoing optimization of tools like Hubspot, Gong, Ironclad, Clari, and others.
  • • Developing and implementing innovative RevOps strategies that leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance GTM productivity.
  • • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to align on GTM strategies, operational plans, and performance metrics.
  • • Designing and refining sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans to incentivize desired behaviors and drive revenue growth.
  • • Building and maintaining robust reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and GTM efficiency.
  • • Leading forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and predictability of revenue projections.
  • • Optimizing lead management processes, from routing and qualification to nurturing and conversion.
  • • Developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all RevOps processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • • Mentoring and developing junior RevOps team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • • Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in Revenue Operations and AI to continuously enhance our GTM capabilities.
