  • • Design, scale, and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • • Own go-to-market (GTM) systems, data pipelines, processes, forecasting models, and performance management frameworks that align cross-functional teams to revenue goals.
  • • Create and implement high-quality reporting and actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders across Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Finance.
  • • Partner closely with Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Finance teams to ensure strategic alignment, consistent execution, and accurate measurement of revenue-related initiatives.
  • • Build scalable infrastructure and automated workflows to support rapid organizational growth while maintaining data integrity and operational quality.
  • • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to translate business objectives into operational systems and metrics that track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • • Analyze revenue trends, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to surface insights that inform strategy and resource allocation.
  • • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy by refining models, validating data sources, and collaborating with Finance to align projections with actual performance.
  • • Implement and maintain CRM, marketing automation, and revenue analytics tools to ensure seamless data flow and reporting across departments.
  • • Drive adoption of standardized processes and KPIs across revenue-facing teams to improve accountability, transparency, and efficiency.
  • • Identify bottlenecks in the revenue lifecycle and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase team productivity.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of restaurant industry dynamics and ensure all revenue operations initiatives prioritize the needs of independent restaurants.
  • • Act as a self-starter and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization with high velocity and a commitment to superb quality.
  • • Influence organizational outcomes without direct authority by building trust, communicating clearly, and collaborating effectively across all teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience designing and scaling revenue operations systems in a high-growth B2B technology company
  • • Expertise in GTM systems, revenue forecasting, CRM management, and cross-functional performance tracking
  • • Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and building actionable insights from complex datasets
  • • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success metrics and how they interconnect to drive revenue
  • • Experience working in or serving the restaurant or food service technology industry is preferred
