• • Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Managers, Sales Directors, and Customer Success leads to map every step of the healthcare-professional journey—from first ad impression to daily active usage—spotting friction points and turning them into data-backed hypotheses you can test within days, not months.
• • Design and run rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments across acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, medical congresses, referral loops) and in-product surfaces (onboarding flows, paywalls, upsell prompts), ensuring statistical significance and clear go/no-go criteria so the team learns faster than competitors.
