- • Own the revenue operations roadmap for Noa Notes in Brazil, translating high-level growth targets into concrete quarterly OKRs, sprint-level initiatives, and daily experiments that move the needle on MRR, ARPU, and churn.
- • Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Managers, Sales Directors, and Customer Success leads to map every step of the healthcare-professional journey—from first ad impression to daily active usage—spotting friction points and turning them into data-backed hypotheses you can test within days, not months.
- • Design and run rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments across acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, medical congresses, referral loops) and in-product surfaces (onboarding flows, paywalls, upsell prompts), ensuring statistical significance and clear go/no-go criteria so the team learns faster than competitors.
- • Build a single source of truth in Looker (or similar BI tool) that stitches together CRM, product analytics, billing, and marketing data; automate nightly refreshes and anomaly alerts so stakeholders wake up to dashboards that tell them what to do, not just what happened.
- • Model the economic impact of pricing changes, packaging bundles, and discount policies; present scenario analyses to the GM Brazil that show best-, base-, and worst-case revenue outcomes before any change goes live.
- • Create scalable playbooks for Sales and CS that translate experiment winners into repeatable processes—think battle cards, email templates, and in-app tooltips—so every rep can replicate top-performer behaviors without reinventing the wheel.
- • Partner with Data Engineering to instrument event tracking for new product features, ensuring every click, swipe, and voice command in Noa Notes is captured, governed, and privacy-compliant under LGPD regulations.
- • Identify manual bottlenecks in quote-to-cash, provisioning, and renewal workflows; spec lightweight automations using Zapier, HubSpot workflows, or internal APIs that free up 20 %+ of ops time for higher-value analysis.
- • Run quarterly “growth retros” that bring together Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to celebrate wins, dissect failures, and prioritize the next wave of experiments based on ICE or RICE scoring frameworks.
- • Present concise, story-driven insights to C-level executives in English and Portuguese, translating complex regressions into three-bullet takeaways that drive fast, confident decisions.
- • Mentor junior analysts and interns, reviewing SQL queries, experiment design docs, and presentation decks so the entire RevOps function levels up quarter over quarter.
- • Keep a pulse on the Brazilian healthcare market—regulatory shifts, competitive moves, macroeconomic trends—and feed that context back into pricing, positioning, and partnership strategies.
- • Champion a culture of documentation: every experiment, dashboard, and playbook lives in Notion with clear ownership, version history, and next-step tags so tribal knowledge never walks out the door.
- • Ultimately, be the force multiplier that turns Noa Notes from a promising AI tool into the indispensable daily companion for every physician, dentist, and therapist in Brazil.
