• • As a Senior Risk Analyst in Fraud Program Management at Social Finance, Inc. (SoFi), you will play a critical role in safeguarding the financial well-being of millions of members by monitoring and analyzing fraud risk performance across the enterprise. This role is essential to ensuring SoFi’s Fraud Program operates within defined risk tolerances, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of leadership.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and analyze Fraud Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics, and other enterprise fraud performance indicators; identify emerging risks and trends in account takeover, transaction fraud, and disputes; support escalation and investigation of metric breaches; produce executive risk reports for governance committees; develop and maintain data-driven dashboards; assist in fraud risk self-assessments; support audit and regulatory examination responses; and help maintain fraud program documentation, playbooks, and governance artifacts.

You will strengthen your ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders. You’ll gain hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and potentially Python-based automation, while building scalable reporting frameworks and playbooks that improve enterprise-wide risk management processes.
