- • Identify and secure new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and social media engagement across EMEA markets.
- • Promptly follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely engagement and prevent loss of potential opportunities.
- • Craft and execute compelling sales communication using approved email and call scripts to create strong first impressions with prospects.
- • Utilize prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai to research and identify high-potential target accounts.
- • Coordinate with assigned Account Executives to develop effective handoff plans and prepare for qualification calls and discovery meetings.
- • Manage scheduling and calendaring of all sales-related engagements, including calls, demos, and follow-ups.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions within Salesforce CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and tracking.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Operations to align sales efforts with product capabilities and compliance requirements.
- • Stay current on Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero™ platform features, use cases, and value propositions to confidently answer prospect questions.
- • Strategize with the sales team to innovate and refine sales development processes, scripts, and outreach techniques.
- • Set, monitor, and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets with consistent progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
- • Maintain knowledge of cybersecurity standards, SaaS sales cycles, and online privacy regulations relevant to the product offering.
- • Participate in team meetings to share insights, feedback, and best practices for improving overall sales development effectiveness.
- • Prepare for and participate in occasional travel within EMEA for client meetings, events, or team engagements, with prior manager approval.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience working in a Sales Development Representative role.
- • At least 6 months of experience in the information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry.
- • Proficiency with sales tools including Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM.
- • Fluency in English and German.
- • University degree or equivalent work experience.
- • Knowledge of online privacy, security standards, and product compliance (e.g., IoT security).
