📋 Description
- • Lead the design and delivery of sales training programs across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada to upskill Account Executives, BDRs, Inbound teams, Account Managers, and Crew Leads.
- • Conduct on-the-ground field work to identify skill gaps and performance bottlenecks within sales teams in multiple countries.
- • Develop and customize training content on critical topics including sales techniques, insurance expertise (e.g., Prevoyance product), legal compliance, and product mastery, in close collaboration with Sales Heads and subject matter experts.
- • Orchestrate large-scale sales events for 100+ professionals across three countries, including the flagship Sales Kick-Off and Back to School events, managing agendas, budgets, and stakeholder alignment with 15+ senior leaders.
- • Build scalable, engaging training assets using internal experts and leadership, leveraging AI, gamification, and innovative formats to maximize adoption and retention.
- • Drive change management initiatives as Alan scales into new markets and launches new products, ensuring consistent sales enablement standards across regions.
- • Partner with Sales leadership to define KPIs and measure the impact of training programs on team performance and revenue outcomes.
- • Continuously experiment with new learning methodologies and tools to evolve the Sales Academy into a competitive differentiator for Alan.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest product updates, regulatory changes, and market-specific requirements.
- • Maintain high NPS scores for sales events and training initiatives by focusing on participant experience, relevance, and engagement.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams by combining user research, pedagogy, and real-world insights to create impactful learning experiences.
- • Support the global scaling of Alan’s Sales Enablement function by creating up to 20+ creative, scalable training solutions annually.
- • Ensure all training content is localized and culturally adapted for each operating country while maintaining brand consistency.
- • Act as a bridge between Sales operations, Product, Legal, and HR to align enablement strategy with company-wide goals and evolving business needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar function
- • Full working proficiency in English
- • Full working proficiency in either French, Spanish, or Dutch
- • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- • Solid business acumen and deep understanding of sales processes and KPIs
- • Proven experience designing and delivering learning & development programs in a fast-scaling organization
