- • Own end-to-end execution of sales enablement programs for AEs, SDRs, and SEs across Provider Group and Health Systems segments, including logistics, scheduling, SME coordination, and content preparation for monthly onboarding cohorts.
- • Facilitate live enablement sessions including pitch practice, deal simulations, role-plays, and structured coaching activities alongside the Enablement Lead to ensure skill mastery and behavioral change.
- • Manage rep onboarding guides and milestone tracking from Month 1 to Month 6 to ensure no critical steps are missed and new hires are consistently supported.
- • Administer certification programs for pitch decks, product demos, and deal simulations, tracking completion rates and identifying rep drop-offs to flag coaching opportunities.
- • Lead weekly enablement for the SDR team, designing and delivering dedicated sessions focused on outbound skill-building, objection handling, and pipeline development.
- • Conduct Gong scorecard reviews, consolidate feedback, and prepare manager-ready reports to drive consistent coaching and performance improvement across the sales team.
- • Design and facilitate workshops using structured coaching methodologies including discovery, qualification, and multithreading to elevate rep competency across both segments.
- • Create, organize, audit, and maintain all enablement content within the LMS and Deal Room, ensuring materials are current, searchable, and aligned with evolving product features and sales processes.
- • Support product and tooling enablement rollouts by delivering session logistics, rep communications, and post-launch reinforcement to ensure adoption and proficiency.
- • Maintain and manage the Gong library, organizing recordings and folders for easy access and consistent reference by reps and managers.
- • Own the company-wide enablement Google Calendar, scheduling every session, cohort, and certification deadline with precision and accountability.
- • Run post-session surveys, synthesize feedback, and surface trends to the Enablement Lead to continuously improve program effectiveness and rep engagement.

- • Partner closely with the Enablement Lead to translate strategic curriculum design into actionable, high-impact delivery that drives rep performance and revenue outcomes.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment where programs are still being built, requiring initiative, adaptability, and ownership to shape best practices from the ground up.
