📋 Description

• Own end-to-end administration of the enablement tech stack, including LetterAI, Seismic, Seismic Learning, Gong, and Consensus, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
• Configure and maintain LetterAI certification baselines, AI role-play scenario frameworks, scoring rubrics, and integrations with other platforms in the tech stack.
• Manage content governance across platforms by establishing and enforcing tagging taxonomy, naming conventions, folder structures, and content hygiene standards.
• Administer user groups, permissions, and access levels to ensure scalable, secure, and role-appropriate access to enablement tools and resources.
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports tracking key metrics such as certification completion rates, content adoption, Gong usage, and AI role-play engagement.
• Proactively identify and remediate system gaps including unused content, overdue certifications, missing metadata, and outdated playbooks, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on the enablement tech stack and associated tooling, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Operations and Programs teams to align enablement systems with launch timelines, OKRs, and revenue goals.
• Design and deliver end-user training sessions focused on onboarding teams to LetterAI workflows and other enablement platforms.
• Leverage generative AI to automate and enhance systems administration tasks, reporting processes, and content quality assurance.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for all enablement systems and processes to ensure consistency and knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure enablement tools support strategic objectives and user needs.
• Monitor platform usage and adoption trends to inform improvements in content delivery, training effectiveness, and system functionality.
• Ensure all enablement systems comply with internal governance policies and data integrity standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new tools, features, and integrations that enhance enablement efficiency and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enablement systems, revenue operations, or learning technology administration
• Hands-on experience administering platforms such as LetterAI, Seismic, Seismic Learning, Gong, or Consensus
• Experience with AI-enabled enablement tools and configuring certification or role-play workflows
• Experience managing content governance frameworks, including tagging taxonomy, naming conventions, and information architecture
• Strong analytical skills with experience building recurring reports and dashboards on engagement, adoption, and performance metrics
• Experience developing governance frameworks or standard operating procedures for technology tools
