- • As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in the pre-sales process, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to showcase the transformative power of Ambient.ai. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling product demonstrations, leading impactful business-value-driven pilots, and developing persuasive, value-driven proposals. Your primary objective will be to articulate a clear vision of how Ambient.ai delivers measurable business outcomes and drives strategic advantages for our clients.
- • This role demands a consultative approach, where you will act as a trusted advisor to potential customers. You will partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ensuring a seamless and effective engagement. Your ability to understand customer challenges and translate Ambient.ai's technical capabilities into tangible business benefits will be critical to closing deals and fostering long-term customer success.
- • A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve leading successful technical Pilots, also known as Proof of Concepts (POCs) or Proof of Values (POVs). These engagements are designed to demonstrate the real-world impact and ROI of our platform, providing concrete evidence of its value proposition. You will also be tasked with executing Business Value Assessments, a crucial step in anchoring the business value of Ambient.ai across all relevant stakeholders within a prospective client's organization.
- • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. This collaboration will allow you to influence the product roadmap by providing valuable customer feedback, stay abreast of internal developments, and effectively act as the voice of the customer within Ambient.ai. This ensures that our product evolution is aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
- • You will conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to communicate complex technical features in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, highlighting the differentiated value proposition of Ambient.ai, is paramount. Your preparation and execution will be world-class, ensuring that every interaction reinforces our commitment to solving meaningful business problems for our clients.
- • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships is a cornerstone of this position. By providing expert technical guidance, promptly addressing technical inquiries, and proposing tailored solutions, you will establish yourself as a reliable and indispensable technical resource.
