  • • Work closely with the sales team to gather customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Replicant’s AI platform.
  • • Own the technical side of the presales process, including demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations to prospects across B2B industries such as retail, insurance, travel, financial services, and healthcare.
  • • Design and refine conversational AI agents by crafting, testing, and iterating on prompts to optimize performance, tone, and resolution quality for customer service use cases.
  • • Lead hands-on trials with prospects by using their actual call center data to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of Replicant’s AI-powered customer service automation.
  • • Use visualization tools to illustrate AI Agent design, integration points, data flow, and system architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Review and write API specifications for internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless integration with existing customer service technologies.
  • • Analyze conversational data from live interactions to uncover trends, automation opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer service workflows.
  • • Translate technical findings and trial results into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with business leaders and technical decision-makers alike.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful trial outcomes and alignment on customer needs.
  • • Attend customer meetings and provide real-time technical support to Account Executives during sales cycles.
  • • Identify emerging technology trends within key industry verticals to inform solution design and sales strategy.
  • • Prototype customer service automation use cases to create compelling demos that showcase Replicant’s capabilities in voice, messaging, and digital channels.
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with Replicant’s platform, including its use of Large Language Models (LLMs), to articulate technical advantages and differentiate from competitors.
  • • Support the expansion of Replicant’s footprint by enabling enterprise customers to integrate the platform with their existing call center infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
  • • Curiosity about AI and some experience with prompt engineering (formal or self-taught)
  • • Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods (e.g., REST, OAuth 2.0)
  • • Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to tailor your message to diverse audiences
  • • A collaborative, get-things-done mindset
  • • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
