- • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of 8x8’s CX platform to both business and technical audiences.
- • Lead targeted discovery conversations to understand customer pain points, current state, and desired outcomes in support of high-velocity commercial sales cycles.
- • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all 8x8 applications and products to accurately position solutions against customer needs.
- • Assist in developing technical proposals and RFP responses that align with customer requirements and company offerings.
- • Build advanced system configurations to deliver customized, high-impact demo experiences tailored to specific customer environments.
- • Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows—including discovery prep, demo customization, RFP drafting, follow-up summarization, research, and competitive analysis—to increase speed, quality, and efficiency.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and the regional Sales Engineering team to ensure seamless sales cycle progression.
- • Document all actions, follow-ups, and customer insights using Sales Engineering best practices such as SE Notes, SE Sentiment, and opportunity hygiene.
- • Provide feedback to product teams on feature requests and enhancements derived from direct customer and partner interactions.
- • Stay current with industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving AI tooling to maintain technical and strategic relevance.
- • Represent 8x8 at industry conferences, sales events, and partner engagements when requested.
- • Share knowledge and AI-powered workflows with the regional SE team to foster a culture of collective learning and mutual support.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-value-driven narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Maintain a strong understanding of CCaaS, CPaaS, and CX industry landscapes, even without direct prior experience in these domains.
- • Adapt quickly to new product domains and sales environments with high learning velocity and self-initiative.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where deal velocity and repeatability are critical success factors.
- • Travel up to 10% within the region to support customer and partner engagements as needed.
