  • • Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero™ platform and cybersecurity solutions during sales cycles.
  • • Conduct live product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to the specific infrastructure, threats, and security challenges of each potential customer.
  • • Collaborate directly with sales teams to identify customer needs, map them to NodeZero™ capabilities, and position the solution as the optimal fit for internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts—such as autonomous pentesting, exploit validation, and attack vector discovery—into clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay field feedback from customers, influencing product roadmap priorities and feature enhancements based on real-world use cases.
  • • Support the preparation and submission of technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • • Provide ongoing technical training to the sales team on product functionality, threat landscape trends, and competitive differentiators to improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • • Offer limited post-sales support during customer onboarding and implementation phases to ensure smooth adoption and satisfaction, particularly for enterprise and government clients.
  • • Engage with diverse customer segments including ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, MSSPs, MSPs, educational institutions, and Global 100 enterprises to understand their unique security pain points.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving cyber threats, risk management frameworks, and industry compliance standards to enhance credibility and solution relevance.
  • • Operate as a bridge between technical product capabilities and business outcomes, helping prospects understand how NodeZero™ reduces alert fatigue, eliminates blind spots, and shortens remediation timelines.
  • • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, ownership, and results by actively participating in team reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • • Work remotely as part of a globally distributed team while maintaining high responsiveness and alignment with sales and product goals across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • • 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, ideally within the cybersecurity domain
  • • Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
  • • Fluency in the English language
