- • Drive net-new revenue by selling AI-powered solutions and consulting services to PE portfolio companies, operating partners, and Fortune 1000 operational leaders focused on revenue growth and business transformation.
- • Build and manage end-to-end sales pipelines from initial prospecting through deal closure, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving technical, financial, and operational decision-makers.
- • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives including Chief Information Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Revenue Operations Leaders, and Sales Operations Executives.
- • Partner directly with Private Equity firms and their operating partners to identify and accelerate AI adoption and operational improvement initiatives across their portfolio companies.
- • Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to design and present ROI-driven proposals aligned with client business outcomes and technology transformation goals.
- • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through disciplined pipeline management, strategic account planning, and effective deal execution.
- • Represent TechTorch at industry conferences, executive briefings, customer engagements, and other high-profile events to build brand credibility and generate new business opportunities.
- • Leverage deep understanding of enterprise buying processes to position TechTorch’s offerings as mission-critical solutions for operational efficiency, revenue growth, and workflow modernization.
- • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities within PE-backed companies and large enterprises where AI, automation, data, and digital transformation can drive measurable financial impact.
- • Operate autonomously as a self-starter in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight and maximum accountability for results.
- • Maintain a sharp business acumen to articulate how AI and workflow technologies create tangible operational and financial value for large organizations.
- • Utilize an established network of PE operators, enterprise technology buyers, and operational executives to accelerate deal velocity and expand market reach.
- • Stay current on trends in revenue operations, CRM ecosystems, sales technology, and enterprise business applications to enhance sales effectiveness and client credibility.
- • Work remotely across the West Coast or NY/NJ regions, with flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and executive engagements as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in technology, AI, consulting services, enterprise software, or business transformation solutions
- • Demonstrated success selling into PE-backed companies, operating partner networks, Fortune 1000 organizations, or operational leadership teams driving business performance and transformation
- • Deep understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise buying processes
- • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- • Experience selling solutions that drive operational transformation, revenue growth, process improvement, or enterprise technology adoption
- • An established network of PE operators, technology buyers, enterprise decision-makers, or operational executives is a strong plus
