- • Senior Sales Manager leading a team of Account Managers to drive strategic growth and expand customer relationships across AVEVA’s key strategic accounts in the Benelux region.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing the sales team, managing account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and new business, engaging directly with customers as an executive sponsor, leading strategic planning sessions, coordinating marketing activities, resolving customer issues, leveraging partner ecosystems, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, and staying current with industry trends in utilities, oil & gas, chemicals, metals & mining, pharma, and life sciences.

🎯 Requirements
- • Industry knowledge pertinent to the Benelux territory in sectors such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Paper, or Life Sciences
- • Significant direct sales experience in complex, B2B Enterprise Software
- • Significant sales management experience in Benelux markets
- • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- • Familiarity with Salesforce and the MEDDPICC sales framework
- • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and local language proficiency at minimum C1 level
