- • Own the full sales cycle for KAYAK for Business (K4B), including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and supporting client implementation.
- • Build and manage a pipeline of new corporate travel clients, converting prospects into long-term customers through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- • Deliver customized product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate how KAYAK for Business solves specific corporate travel needs.
- • Maintain deep product and market knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- • Collect and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to inform product, marketing, and operations teams on feature improvements and strategic direction.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams across product, marketing, and implementation to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.
- • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate travel sector.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on innovation and scaling a new corporate travel solution.
- • Engage with senior-level stakeholders at client organizations to understand travel policies, budget constraints, and procurement processes.
- • Utilize CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace) to track pipeline, manage client interactions, and report on sales metrics.
- • Operate remotely as a West Coast-based team member, with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week and up to 20 days per year from anywhere.
- • Participate in quarterly team events such as boat trips, arcade outings, ski trips, and Thursday happy hours to foster team connection.
- • Take advantage of no-meeting Fridays to focus on deep work and strategic planning.
- • Contribute to an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and supports employees in bringing their full selves to work.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 4 years of experience in corporate travel sales
- • Self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, driven to achieve sales targets in a competitive, dynamic environment
- • Demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing complex B2B deals
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging senior-level clients
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and implementation teams
- • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Google Workspace
