  • • Own the full sales cycle for the Turkish market—from first cold outreach to signed contract—closing complex SaaS deals with mid-market and enterprise clients in e-commerce, retail, and banking.
  • • Build and manage a robust, multi-quarter pipeline that consistently delivers 120 %+ of quarterly and annual revenue targets; maintain meticulous forecasting hygiene in Salesforce and weekly leadership reviews.
  • • Partner with our SDR team to craft data-driven outbound plays (ABM sequences, LinkedIn cadences, industry events) that generate 3-4Ă— qualified pipeline coverage every quarter.
  • • Run discovery workshops with C-level stakeholders to uncover strategic pain points around customer data fragmentation, omnichannel orchestration, and AI-driven personalization; translate findings into tailored ROI business cases and technical roadmaps.
  • • Deliver high-impact platform demos that showcase Insider One’s CDP, AI decisioning engine, and native channel support (WhatsApp, SMS, Web, App, Email, Site Search) to both marketing technologists and digital-commerce executives.
  • • Negotiate multi-year, high-ACV contracts including subscription licenses, professional services, and success packages; navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews while protecting deal margin and expansion potential.
  • • Monitor competitive landscape—Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, MoEngage—and position Insider One’s differentiators (fastest time-to-value, unified data layer, woman-founded culture) in every pitch deck and RFI response.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting to scope custom integrations (Shopify, SAP, Segment, custom APIs), with Marketing to localize case studies and field events, and with Customer Success to design seamless hand-offs that seed expansion opportunities.
  • • Represent Insider One at industry conferences, webinars, and customer advisory boards, amplifying thought-leadership content and building an executive network that accelerates enterprise deal velocity.
  • • Contribute to the global sales playbook by documenting winning sequences, objection-handling tactics, and pricing frameworks; mentor junior reps and share best practices across our 30-office community.
  • • Champion our social-impact ethos by introducing prospects to programs like SheCodes and SheLeads, reinforcing that choosing Insider One also advances diversity in STEM across TĂĽrkiye and beyond.
  • • Travel across TĂĽrkiye and occasionally to EMEA HQ for quarterly business reviews, ensuring face-to-face relationship depth with top 20 accounts and strategic partners.
  • • Continuously level up through internal AI bootcamps, LinkedIn Learning paths, and peer shadowing so you remain the most consultative, tech-savvy seller in the room.
