🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in a Senior Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar B2B technology sales role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- • Demonstrated expertise in selling complex solutions such as SaaS, telematics, IoT, or enterprise software, with a strong understanding of solution selling methodologies.
- • Proven ability to consistently close mid-market and enterprise-level deals, managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- • Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively to executive-level audiences.
- • Strategic, customer-centric mindset coupled with strong execution discipline, enabling the development and implementation of effective account strategies.
- • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a solid understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).
