📋 Description
- • Configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites using declarative tools including Experience Builder, Flows, validation rules, and page layouts to support customer, partner, and external user engagement.
- • Administer and optimize Experience Cloud features such as customer and partner portals, user registration, login, and authentication flows, profile- and permission-based access models, page layouts, navigation, branding, and content.
- • Configure and manage data visibility and sharing models to ensure secure and compliant access for external users while aligning with PAR’s security and data governance standards.
- • Manage external and internal users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls to enforce least-privilege principles and regulatory compliance.
- • Collaborate with Service Cloud teams to expose Cases, Knowledge articles, and self-service capabilities through Experience Cloud portals to improve customer support experiences.
- • Support and coordinate integrations between Experience Cloud and internal/external systems in partnership with development and integration teams.
- • Ensure all Experience Cloud configurations comply with identity, security, compliance, and data governance requirements across global operations.
- • Monitor portal usage, performance, adoption rates, and user experience to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Perform proactive system maintenance including Salesforce release updates, security reviews, health checks, and optimizer recommendations to maintain platform stability.
- • Analyze existing portal configurations and recommend enhancements for usability, scalability, accessibility, and performance based on user feedback and business needs.
- • Support data management activities including imports, updates, and synchronization relevant to Experience Cloud use cases and external user data.
- • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and QA teams to support testing, deployment, and post-release validation of Experience Cloud changes.
- • Participate in Agile/Scrum release planning, environment coordination, and post-release support activities across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod environments.
- • Evaluate new Salesforce Experience Cloud features and enhancements for business value and recommend adoption strategies aligned with PAR’s technology roadmap.
- • Promote low-code/no-code best practices, reuse of components, and automation across portal solutions to reduce technical debt and increase efficiency.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation, operational runbooks, and standards for Experience Cloud configurations, access controls, and change management processes.
- • Build strong, collaborative relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, UX teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective portal solutions.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively when coordinating work, escalating risks, or requesting support across cross-functional teams.
- • Maintain a continuous-learning mindset to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evolving digital experience trends.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, international SaaS environment with shared ownership and accountability for platform outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with strong hands-on administration experience in Experience Cloud
- • Deep functional knowledge of Experience Cloud including portals, user access models, sharing, and branding
- • Experience exposing Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, self-service) through Experience Cloud
- • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approvals)
- • Strong experience managing Salesforce security and access models for internal and external users (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing)
