📋 Description
- • We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to join our team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • The ideal candidate will have a blend of functional sales and support expertise, strong technical acumen, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and communication skills.
- • The Senior Salesforce Architect will help maximize the value of the Salesforce platform while adhering to best practices.
- • The role will lead the architectural vision across Salesforce – Service Cloud platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with PAR’s technology standards, security/compliance and regulatory requirements as necessary.
- • The Senior Salesforce Architect will work with the product owner to understand requirements and design comprehensive solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- • The role will involve defining and documenting Salesforce architecture including integrations and customizations, serving as the Salesforce technical authority for complex implementations and integrations, and leading solution design for integrations with internal systems.
- • The Senior Salesforce Architect will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to the administration/development team to ensure best practices and standards are followed, and ensure configurations and customizations comply with security standards.
- • The role will involve working as part of a scrum team with SF Admins and QA to deliver value to the business, analyzing existing processes and solutions for optimization and performance improvements, and ensuring reliable data synchronization with upstream and downstream systems.
- • The Senior Salesforce Architect will partner with integration and data teams to meet enterprise standards, partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, and drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction.
- • The role will involve evaluating new Salesforce features and releases for business value, promoting reuse, automation, and low-code/no-code best practices, and providing thought leadership that steers PAR’s digital transformation journey through efficiently designed business platforms, achieving a positive user experience and effective business process.
🎯 Requirements
- • A bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related major and relevant Salesforce certification
- • 10+ years working with Salesforce Service Cloud in an Admin capacity – 4 of those years as an Architect
- • Well-rounded functional knowledge across Case Management, Knowledge base, and customer service portals
