- • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third-party systems.
- • Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation.
- • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Security teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical Salesforce solutions.
- • Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards.
- • Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms.
- • Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Salesforce ecosystem.
- • Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and technical documentation.
- • Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives.
- • Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI Salesforce offerings.
- • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions.
- • Familiarize yourself with the Salesforce team, instance, code base, best practices, design principles, and deployment methodologies within the first 30 days.
- • Engage with Product teams to prioritize deliverables and align on project goals during the first 30 days.
- • Introduce yourself to cross-functional teams supported by the Salesforce team within the first 30 days.
- • Dive deep into the technology architecture to evaluate performance and refactor code within the first 90 days.
- • Collaborate with Technical Architect and System Administrators to identify pain points and implement solutions within the first 90 days.
- • Continue building best practices to ensure the Salesforce instance is performant, secure, and scalable within the first 90 days.
- • Deliver project requirements independently by the one-year mark.
- • Develop and grow your skill set to become the subject matter expert in the company’s Salesforce instance within one year.
- • Own the Salesforce ecosystem as it relates to third-party tooling, integrations, dependencies, and upstream/downstream systems by the one-year mark.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- • Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security
- • Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft
- • Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
- • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies preferred
