- • As a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Salesforce strategy. This role demands a blend of strong technical-functional expertise and strategic business acumen. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, from initial design and development through to implementation and ongoing optimization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all Salesforce implementations are robust, scalable, secure, and adhere to global best practices and standards.
- • You will take ownership of the technical vision for Salesforce projects, translating complex business requirements into elegant and efficient technical solutions. This involves deep dives into the Salesforce platform's capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and potentially others, leveraging your expertise to maximize their value for our clients. You will be expected to architect solutions that are not only functional but also maintainable and future-proof, considering the long-term implications of technical decisions.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves leading and mentoring development teams. You will guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. This includes conducting code reviews, establishing coding standards, and ensuring the overall quality and integrity of the codebase. Your leadership will empower the team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
- • Managing complex integrations with external systems is a core responsibility. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations using various methods, including REST and SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and direct connections to ERP systems. Ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other critical business applications will be paramount to the success of our clients' digital ecosystems.
- • This position requires a proactive approach to technical governance and data quality. You will establish and enforce best practices for data management, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment. Implementing robust data validation rules, de-duplication strategies, and access control mechanisms will be crucial to maintaining data integrity and protecting sensitive information.
- • You will also play a key role in the continuous optimization of existing Salesforce solutions. This involves identifying performance bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to boost efficiency, user adoption, and overall system performance. Staying abreast of new Salesforce releases and features, and evaluating their potential impact and applicability to our clients' needs, will be an ongoing requirement.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong hands-on development background, comfortable with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. You will be expected to contribute directly to development efforts when necessary, setting a high bar for technical execution. Your ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions will be highly valued.
- • Beyond technical prowess, you will engage with stakeholders at various levels, including business leaders, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar senior technical role, with a strong track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- • Expertise in architecting integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ERP connectors.
