📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end delivery of SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) projects for public-sector and utility clients across Germany, steering initiatives from initial blueprint through go-live and hyper-care while ensuring each milestone meets strict quality, budget, and timeline targets.
• • Architect and configure FI-CA processes—including invoicing, dunning, payment handling, write-offs, and integration with FICA-CRM and FSCM—leveraging the latest S/4HANA capabilities and Suite4Public accelerators to modernize legacy systems and unlock real-time analytics.
• • Conduct deep-dive business-process workshops with finance, customer service, and IT stakeholders to map current pain points, define future-state target processes, and translate requirements into precise functional specifications, user stories, and configuration blueprints.
• • Lead prototyping and proof-of-concept phases, building sandbox environments that demonstrate innovative solutions such as automated payment matching via machine-learning algorithms, digital dunning workflows, and self-service customer portals integrated via OData services.
• • Drive complex S/4HANA migrations and green-field implementations, selecting the optimal migration cockpit objects, orchestrating data-migration rehearsals, and coordinating cut-over activities to minimize downtime and safeguard revenue-critical operations.
• • Provide functional ownership and governance across multi-stream programs, ensuring technical feasibility by collaborating with ABAP, Fiori, and Basis teams, reviewing custom-code impact, and enforcing SAP best-practice standards and clean-core principles.
• • Champion continuous process optimization post-go-live by establishing KPI dashboards, monitoring collection effectiveness, and leading quarterly value-realization workshops that identify further automation opportunities and ROI improvements.
• • Mentor junior FI-CA consultants and cross-functional squads, delivering tailored enablement sessions, code reviews, and certification guidance to elevate the overall capability of the Nagarro SAP practice.
• • Contribute to the Suite4Public thought-leadership portfolio by authoring whitepapers, solution templates, and reusable accelerators that shorten future project timelines and position Nagarro as the go-to partner for public-sector digital finance transformation.
• • Cultivate long-term client relationships at CxO and director levels, acting as a trusted advisor who proactively proposes innovation roadmaps, cloud-extension strategies, and compliance updates (e.g., e-invoicing, GDPR, KassenSichV) that keep customers ahead of regulatory change.
• • Collaborate closely with near-shore and offshore delivery units, leveraging agile ceremonies, DevOps pipelines, and Jira-based sprint planning to maintain transparency, velocity, and quality across distributed teams.
• • Ensure rigorous documentation of configuration, test scripts, training materials, and post-go-live support runbooks, enabling seamless knowledge transfer and compliance with ISO and ISAE audit standards.
