• • As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant at Ingram Micro Inc., you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing our SAP Finance solutions. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience to guide complex projects, ensuring our financial systems are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with evolving business needs.
• • You will take the lead in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and ongoing support initiatives. This involves meticulously analyzing intricate business requirements from finance stakeholders and translating them into effective, practical SAP Finance solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
• • Your core responsibilities will include the comprehensive configuration and expert support of key SAP FI modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA). Furthermore, you will delve into the intricacies of Cost Controlling (CO), ensuring all aspects of financial management are seamlessly integrated and optimized within the SAP ecosystem.
• • A critical aspect of this role is managing and ensuring the smooth integration of SAP FICO with other vital SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). This cross-module synergy is essential for maintaining data integrity and enabling holistic business process flows.
• • You will play a crucial role in driving our S/4HANA Finance transformation or migration projects. This involves leveraging your deep understanding of S/4HANA capabilities to guide the transition, ensuring a successful and efficient move to the latest SAP finance platform.
• • As a senior member of the team, you will provide essential functional leadership to project teams. This includes mentoring and guiding junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, and sharing your wealth of knowledge to elevate the team's overall expertise.
• • You will be instrumental in conducting detailed workshops with finance stakeholders across the organization. The objective is to thoroughly gather requirements, identify pain points, and collaboratively develop process improvements that enhance financial operations and reporting.
• • A key responsibility involves supporting critical month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP. Your expertise will ensure these crucial periods are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all relevant standards.
• • Collaboration with technical teams is paramount. You will work closely with ABAP developers and other technical resources to define and develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows), ensuring custom solutions meet functional requirements precisely.
• • You will be responsible for ensuring that all SAP Finance solutions adhere strictly to financial regulations and internal control frameworks. This includes implementing and verifying the effectiveness of controls within the SAP system.
• • The role requires the preparation of comprehensive functional specifications, detailed test cases, and thorough system documentation. This ensures clarity, maintainability, and a solid foundation for future enhancements and support.
