- • As a Senior Search Engine Optimization Manager at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will lead the SEO strategy for the migration of university partner websites to a new digital platform, ensuring organic visibility, traffic, and conversions are preserved and improved during complex, multi-site transitions.
- • You will lead multiple concurrent website migrations, developing scalable frameworks, playbooks, and governance models while owning key artifacts like site maps, URL and redirect mapping, and conducting content audits to determine retain, refresh, or retire actions.
- • You will partner with UX, Front-End, Engineering, Content, and Analytics teams to influence site architecture, navigation, and template performance, ensuring search-optimized, user-centric experiences and improved technical SEO health at enterprise scale.
- • In this role, you will analyze pre- and post-migration organic performance, diagnose issues and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to leadership while establishing best practices that enable consistent, fast, and measurable migration execution across Risepoint’s partner ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8 years of experience in organic performance optimization for enterprise, agency, or multi-site environments with proven success in driving measurable gains in organic traffic, conversion, and visibility.
- • Proven experience leading multiple, complex website migrations simultaneously, including large-scale or enterprise platform transitions, with strong expertise in information architecture, site mapping, and content strategy aligned to search intent.
- • Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, URL structures, redirects, crawlability, indexation, and performance optimization, with experience collaborating closely with UX, design, and engineering teams.
