- • As a Senior Security Engineer on the Vulnerability Management team, you will play a critical role in strengthening 1Password’s security posture by designing, building, and scaling solutions that power the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle—from identification to remediation and reporting.
- • Your day-to-day will involve developing tools to correlate, enrich, and prioritize vulnerability findings from multiple sources, creating dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical audiences, conducting analysis to eliminate vulnerability classes, and partnering with product teams to improve triage workflows and remediation strategies.
- • You will also evaluate and pilot AI-powered tools to enhance detection and remediation efficiency, mentor fellow engineers, and help shape the evolution of the vulnerability management strategy using agentic AI and modern workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering with a security focus
- • Strong experience with bug bounty programs, vulnerability research, validation, remediation, or penetration testing
- • Experience leveraging AI/ML to automate security workflows, enhance detection, or improve remediation efforts
- • Background in internal tool development and engineering enablement
- • Solid understanding of software development principles, including comfort reading and writing code
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
