• • As a Senior SEO & GEO/AEO Strategist at PhotoRoom SAS, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s global organic visibility by optimizing for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven generative search platforms such as Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Mistral. Your work will directly contribute to PhotoRoom’s mission of enabling anyone to create studio-level product images in minutes, supporting the company’s ambitious 40% year-over-year growth target through strategic, data-informed search initiatives that enhance discoverability across B2C and B2B audiences.
• • You will lead the development and execution of advanced SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies, focusing on technical SEO, programmatic content, structured data, and intent-driven initiatives designed to improve visibility in AI-generated summaries, conversational search results, and featured snippets. This includes designing machine-readable content experiences that align with how LLMs crawl, interpret, and surface information, ensuring PhotoRoom’s platform is easily found, understood, and chosen by users worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will conduct deep technical audits using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, Log File Analyzers, DataDog, and Profound to analyze crawl behavior, rendering issues, Core Web Vitals, schema performance, and competitive SERP shifts. You will translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and content teams, using structured, experiment-driven methodologies to validate optimizations and prioritize work through controlled tests and measurement frameworks.
• • You will collaborate closely with an SEO Manager who oversees core search initiatives, allowing you to specialize in advancing PhotoRoom’s technical, AI-driven, and GEO/AEO capabilities. This includes partnering cross-functionally with Content, Product, Enterprise, and Engineering teams to ensure all digital experiences are search-optimized, technically sound, and aligned with evolving search ecosystems. You will also build custom GEO monitoring systems, automation workflows, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms to measure KPIs across global markets.
• • You will help scale global organic search as a core growth channel by identifying and leveraging opportunities in emerging AI/LLM ecosystems, developing scalable processes, documentation, and internal playbooks that support long-term strategic planning while enabling fast-paced execution. Your role will involve staying ahead of evolving search trends, experimenting with new techniques, and driving measurable impact through innovation in AI SEO.
